Diabetes Health Coaching offers personalised guidance and support for individuals with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes by helping them to gain control over their blood sugar, improve insulin resistance and overall health. Client and coach work together 1-1 to develop bespoke plans and actions that suit each individual's circumstances.
All coaching is done on a 1-1 basis allowing the coach and client a personalised and bespoke service. Diabetes Health Coaching offers two programmes; 4-week Fast Track to Remission and 12-week Path to Remission.
All 1-1 coaching is remote via Zoom or telephone calls.
My coaching programmes do not include highly restrictive diets. We also do not recommend cutting out carbs. The focus is on consuming a predominantly whole foods balanced diet. Our approach is holistic as we understand the importance of weight management, stress, exercise and sleeping habits in achieving and maintaining type 2 diabetes remission.
